1963 Bentley SIII

Introduced in late 1962, the S3 was the last of the imposing Bentley 'S' Series line. Visually distinguished by a restyled front end complete with quad headlamps, reprofiled wings and a lower bonnet line, the newcomer also boasted a more spacious interior that sat the front occupants on separate chairs and gave those in the rear a more upright bench. Retaining the same coil-and-wishbone independent front suspension, hypoid-bevel rear axle, power steering, four-speed automatic transmission and large diameter drum brakes as its predecessors, the model enjoyed superior performance thanks to a carburettor modification and increased compression ratio. Still displacing 6230cc, its admirably refined OHV V8 engine could reputedly whisk the elegant four-door saloon from 0-60mph in 10.8 seconds and on to 116mph. Not that the sumptuous cabin trimmed with the finest hides, wood veneers and carpets encouraged such behaviour. Only in production for three years, just 1,285 Bentley S3 Standard Steel Saloons are thought to have been made. Finished in two-tone grey with matching grey leather upholstery, this particular example is in excellent condition with regard to its engine, electrical equipment, interior trim, chassis, bodywork, paintwork and wheels/tyres. This S3 has been regularly serviced by a Rolls-Royce mechanic and has been driven 98.000 miles only.

2004 Ferrari Enzo

Never before has the styling of a Ferrari by Pininfarina been so directly derived from its function. The nose section of the Ferrari Enzo is heavily influenced by Formula 1 and the entire body is shaped to ensure optimum airflow for cooling the engine and brakes, while generating unprecedented levels of grip-enhancing downforce with minimal aerodynamic drag. The Enzo is powered by an ultra-light, 6.0-litre V12 engine, which has a number of unique technical features. The performance goals for the engine were very high power – 110 bhp per litre – with generous torque from low revs and a driveable nature. More than 383 lb-ft of torque is generated at 3,000 rpm and variable inlet and exhaust valves, together with electronic management for each row of cylinders and a drive-by-wire throttle, ensures that the engine is extremely responsive. Like an F1 car, the gearbox in the Enzo is coupled directly to the rear of the engine by a casting that doubles as the engine oil tank. The six-speed gearbox adopts triple cone synchronizers on all ratios to ensure smooth changes, which are entrusted entirely to an electrohydraulic system activated by the driver using paddles behind the steering wheel. This car is a 2004 model, so one of the last Enzo which left the factory This car was sold new in Paris and has been driven only 11.411 km from new. It is black with a black leather inside and has special black wheels which give to the car an extremely personal look. The car is in an exceptional condition which can only be described as new !
